SELF-LOCKING HYDRAULIC PISTON
Ideal for all applications up to 250 BAR
It is characterised by a coaxial nylon ring mounted on the end of the thread connecting the piston to the rod. The position of the ring is maintained by a collar pressed under pressure with a suitable mould against the bottom of the piston.
During assembly, the thread of the rod pierces the nylon layer, creating grooves with a braking effect that prevent the piston from rotating and possibly unscrewing.
HYDRAULIC CUSHIONING SYSTEM
Ideal for applications requiring impact reduction at the end of the stroke
The cushioning system is designed to slow down the movement of the piston rod and prevent internal mechanical contact.
It includes a modified head and bottom, both with corresponding recesses, and a piston with an upper extension to match the cylinder head.
During the extension and retraction movement, the piston enters these recesses, creating braking chambers where oil is pushed through narrow channels.
This controlled flow slows down the movement of the piston rod and ensures smooth operation.
