SELF LOCKING PISTON
Ideal for all applications up to 250 BAR
It is characterized by a coaxial nylon collar assembled at the end of the thread that ties the piston and the rod. The collar position is guaranteed by a rim under pressure exerted with suitable mould to the bottom part of the piston. During the assembly, the thread of the rod pierces the nylon thickness through and marks grooves with braking effect that block every rotation possibility of the piston and the consequent unscrewing.
CUSHIONING SYSTEM
Ideal for applications that need to reduce end-stroke impact
The cushioning system is designed to decelerate the piston rod and prevent internal mechanical contact. It includes a modified head and end plug, both with specific hollow sections, and a piston with an upper extension tailored to fit the cylinder head. During extension and compression, the piston enters these cavities, creating braking chambers where oil is forced through narrow passages. This controlled flow slows the rod’s movement and ensures smooth operation.
